Crew capacity is a planning range and assumes a continuous water connection. On hauled water, the fresh water tank and the fill schedule set the real limit: divide the tank by 5 to 8 gal per shower. Your safety officer makes any compliance determination.

What the door configuration means

Individual-door layout: every shower is a private suite with its own exterior door, sink, and changing area. Any worker can use any suite, one suite out of service does not close the unit, and there is no shared interior to keep clean at shift change.

Site requirements

• Pad: level, firm, and drainable. Soft ground after rain is the most common delivery-day problem.
• Access, question one: can the delivery truck spot the trailer? Plan about 60 ft of straight-line approach for truck and trailer.
• Access, question two: can the service truck reach the trailer on every visit for the life of the job? A spot that works on day one can be boxed in by month three.
• Power: the circuit count is in the spec list. We confirm the connection type with your electrician before delivery day. Where the temp pole is not energized, a generator sized to the actual load carries the trailer until shore power is ready.
• Water: the water plan is the site plan for a shower trailer. Use a continuous potable connection where one exists; otherwise a water box and a hauling schedule sized to the crew. Plan 5 to 8 gal per shower.
• Waste: onboard tank, pumped out on each service visit. A sewer connection is optional where one exists.
• Winter: heated interior, heat trace on supply and drain lines, and HeatLock skirting around the undercarriage, sized to the unit on your quote.
• Site access for our technician: the same badging, orientation, and background checks as everyone else on site. Prequalification paperwork (certificate of insurance with your site wording, EMR, safety plan, W-9, Avetta or ISNetworld profile) typically needs about two weeks ahead of the delivery date.
• Door side: eight exterior doors need clear, lit, slip-safe ground along the full length of the trailer.
• Drainage: pick a pad that drains away from the doors.

How servicing works

• Each scheduled visit: fresh-water fill, waste pump-out, interior clean (shower stalls, floors, fixtures), consumable restock, function check (plumbing, water heaters, HVAC, heat trace), and a documented record of the visit.
• Cadence: fresh water sets the interval, not the waste tank. A crew showering every shift runs on a continuous connection, a water box, or daily fills. On remote projects the fill schedule is written into the agreement.
• Pump-out, water fill, and clean/restock are quoted as separate named lines, per visit.
• Long jobs bill in 28-day periods. Short terms are available for shutdown windows. Minimum terms attach to each line and are stated on your quote.
• A broken fixture is repaired on the next scheduled visit or sooner.
