What You NeedAt Your Location
A quick checklist to make sure your site is ready for delivery.
Level Ground
A flat, firm surface for trailer placement. Grass, gravel, or pavement all work.
Power Source
A standard 20-amp outlet within 100 feet for 2-stall units. Larger units may need 30-amp. No power? We can provide a generator.
Access Path
A path at least 10 feet wide for the delivery truck and trailer. Check for low branches, tight turns, and gate widths.
Placement Area
Allow roughly 10 × 30 feet for the trailer plus room for guests to enter and exit comfortably.
Water Connection (Optional)
A garden hose connection nearby is helpful but not required. We can deliver with full freshwater tanks.

We Deliver & Set Up
We bring the trailer to your location, level it, connect power, and make sure everything works. Usually the day before your event.
We Pick It Up
After your event (or when your renovation is done), we come back and take it away. That's it.
