1 Stall ADA Restroom + Shower Combo Trailer Rental
One accessible room with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Federal and public-agency projects write an ADA unit into the contract, and data-center and industrial campuses carry one in the fleet mix under the owner's site standard. Safety managers place it on the accessible route, next to the main restroom bank.

Crew capacity is a planning range. The OSHA construction sanitation minimums (29 CFR 1926.51) are a floor, not a target: plan for peak trade headcount and for break-time demand, and count hand-wash stations separately. Your safety officer makes the compliance determination.
What the door configuration means
One exterior door opens to one accessible room; there is no shared interior. The trailer lowers hydraulically toward the ground and a short ramp finishes the entry. The room has grab bars at the toilet and shower and turning space for a wheelchair. When ADA applies: federal, public-agency, and public-access projects require it by contract. Worker-only construction sites fall under OSHA sanitation rules, and many owners and general contractors require an ADA unit under their own site standard. You determine which standard applies to your project; we size the unit count.
Site requirements
- Pad: level, firm, and drainable. Soft ground after rain is the most common delivery-day problem.
- Ramp footprint: the ramp extends well past the trailer body. Use the deployed width in the spec list when you pick the spot.
- Accessible path: a firm, stable, slip-resistant route from the site's accessible route to the ramp base is the customer's site preparation. A level pad matters more here than on any other unit.
- Access, question one: can the delivery truck spot the trailer? Plan about 35 to 40 ft of straight-line approach for truck and trailer.
- Access, question two: can the service truck reach the trailer on every visit for the life of the job? A spot that works on day one can be boxed in by month three.
- Power: the circuit count is in the spec list. We confirm the connection type with your electrician before delivery day. Where the temp pole is not energized, a generator sized to the actual load carries the trailer until shore power is ready.
- Water: a potable hose connection within 100 ft, or a hauling plan. On a site with no water, a water box supplies the trailer.
- Waste: onboard tank, pumped out on each service visit. A sewer connection is optional where one exists.
- Winter: heated interior, heat trace on supply and drain lines, and HeatLock skirting around the undercarriage, sized to the unit on your quote.
- Site access for our technician: the same badging, orientation, and background checks as everyone else on site. Prequalification paperwork (certificate of insurance with your site wording, EMR, safety plan, W-9, Avetta or ISNetworld profile) typically needs about two weeks ahead of the delivery date.
How servicing works
- Each scheduled visit: waste pump-out, fresh-water fill, interior clean (floors, fixtures, surfaces), consumable restock (paper, towels, soap), function check (plumbing, lighting, HVAC, heat trace), and a documented record of the visit.
- Cadence: weekly for light use; more often where the shower is in daily use. The shower makes fresh water, not waste, the limit between visits. Visits are documented for federal and public-agency paperwork.
- Pump-out, water fill, and clean/restock are quoted as separate named lines, per visit.
- Long jobs bill in 28-day periods. Short terms are available for shutdown windows. Minimum terms attach to each line and are stated on your quote.
- A broken fixture is repaired on the next scheduled visit or sooner.
Pairs with
- Restroom trailers for the general crew
