First, reach out to figure out which portable restroom trailer works best for your needs and get a quote. Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send an easy online payment link for your deposit.

Then, our team will set up a delivery date and time that works for you. When we arrive, we’ll show you how everything works so you feel confident using the trailer. All trailers come with air conditioning, heating, running water, flushing toilets, and lighting.

Everything’s designed to run smoothly, but if you ever need help, don’t hesitate to reach out. There’s also a dedicated helpline for after-hours emergencies.

Our restroom trailers are designed to accommodate various event sizes and durations. For roughly 5-hour events, the capacities are as follows:

  • 1-Stall ADA: Up to 100 guests
  • 2-Stall: Up to 180 guests
  • 3-Stall (ADA): Up to 250 guests
  • 4-Stall: Up to 360 guests
  • 8-Stall: Up to 600 guests
  • 10-Stall: Up to 750 guests

Our trailers are perfect for commercial projects, such as construction and planned remodels, as well as emergency disaster response. Here are the capacities we recommend based on a weekly pump-out schedule:

  • 1-Stall ADA: 13 users/day
  • 2-Stall: 25 users/day
  • 3-Stall (ADA): 35 users/day
  • 4-Stall: 50 users/day
  • 8-Stall: 85 users/day
  • 10-Stall: 100 users/day

If you need more capacity, we can make it happen. Get a quote to talk about your jobsite and get recommendations from an experienced technician.

To run your trailer, you’ll need:

Water: Garden hose connection within 250 feet (we provide the hose). If you don’t have a connection, we have other solutions available – just let us know when you get your quote

Power: Regular household outlet (110v 20 amp). We’ll provide all cords and adapters.

No! The only thing we need is a flat, accessible spot for the trailer. If you’re planning for indoor placement, just make sure your doors are wide enough for us to get through. After that, we handle everything else.

Unlike typical porta-potties, our trailers are designed to stay fresh and odor-free, so they’re perfect for both outdoors and indoors.

We will work with most timelines, but we recommend booking your trailer 2 months in advance, especially during busy seasons.

Once you’re ready, we’ll need a 50% deposit to lock in your date (or the first month’s payment for longer rentals). We’ll send you a confirmation email and check in the week before delivery to make sure we’re all set and go over the details.

We typically deliver your trailer one day before your event and pick it up one day after. If you’re having a weekend event, we’ll typically deliver it on Friday and pick it up on Monday. For construction and jobsites, we can work with your schedule.

You’ll get a confirmation email right away. Then we’ll check in as your delivery date gets closer to make sure everything is all set. Feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime!

Portable toilets, or porta-potties, are standalone, single-unit restrooms typically used in outdoor settings and construction sites. They are known for their convenience and mobility. Restroom trailers, on the other hand, are more luxurious, offering multiple stalls, running water, air conditioning, and heating, providing a more comfortable and upscale experience. Read more about the differences between Porta Potties and Restroom Trailers on our comprehensive blog post.

At Stahla Services, we pride ourselves on offering a range of restroom trailer rentals that cater to various events and preferences. The cost of renting a porta potty can vary based on the type of unit, the rental duration, and additional services required.

For a basic understanding, here are some general price guidelines:

  • Standard Portable Toilets: Typically cost between $150 and $250 for a 28-day rental, influenced by the number of times the unit is serviced.
  • Event Portable Toilets: Are priced from $150 to $350, depending on the number of units required.
  • Delivery Costs: Average around $0 to $100, which can vary depending on distance, type of toilet, and fuel prices.

At Stahla Services, we ensure that all our restroom trailers and porta potties are delivered in pristine condition and maintained to the highest standards. If you’re handling cleaning yourself, here are some steps and tips to ensure a thorough cleaning:

  1. Wear Protective Gear: Safety first! Always wear gloves, goggles, and a face mask to protect against harmful bacteria and chemicals.
  2. Ventilate the Area: Ensure the porta potty is well-ventilated before you begin cleaning.
  3. Remove Waste: Use a pump to remove waste from the holding tank. This should be done professionally, so we recommend coordinating with a sanitation service.
  4. Clean and Sanitize Surfaces: Use a disinfectant cleaner to scrub all surfaces including the toilet seat, door handles, and walls. It’s important to use a product that is both effective in sanitizing and safe for the type of plastic used in porta potties.
  5. Replenish Supplies: Restock necessary items like toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and any deodorizing discs or blocks.
  6. Check and Refill Chemicals: The blue sanitizing chemical in the toilet tank should be refilled according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This chemical helps minimize odors and reduces the growth of bacteria.
  7. Inspect for Repairs: Look for any damage or issues that might need repair, such as leaks, broken locks, or non-functional parts.
  8. Final Inspection and Safety Check: Ensure everything is in order, the unit is clean, smells fresh, and is fully operational.

At Stahla Services, we handle all aspects of delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal, ensuring each restroom rental meets our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. If you rent from us, we take care of these details so you can focus on your event without concern.

At Stahla Services, we understand the importance of maintaining the aesthetic appeal of your event. While our restroom trailers are designed to be elegant and discrete, here are some creative ways to disguise standard porta potties to blend them into your event’s theme and setting:

  1. Use Decorative Wraps: Applying a custom vinyl wrap around the porta potty can transform its appearance to match your event’s theme or blend with the surroundings. These wraps can feature designs like floral patterns, wooden textures, or even bespoke branding.
  2. Incorporate Fencing or Screens: Position decorative fencing or privacy screens around the porta potties. Options like lattice panels or bamboo screens can enhance the look while providing additional privacy for users.
  3. Add Floral Arrangements: Placing large floral arrangements or potted plants around the porta potties can significantly improve their look. This not only disguises them but also integrates them into the outdoor setting.
  4. Utilize Fabric Draping: Draping fabric around the units can mask them and give a touch of elegance. Choose fabrics that match the event’s color scheme for a cohesive appearance.
  5. Position Thoughtfully: Place porta potties out of direct sightlines, such as behind a tent, under a canopy, or beside other structures, to naturally reduce their visibility.
  6. Lighting: Soft lighting can help camouflage porta potties in the evening while making them easy to locate. Consider using string lights or lanterns for a charming effect.

At Stahla Services, we want to ensure your event runs smoothly and comfortably for all your guests. The number of restroom facilities required can vary based on the size and duration of your event, as well as whether food and beverages are served. Here’s a general guideline to help you plan:

  • General Rule: We recommend one porta potty for every 50 guests at an event lasting up to four hours.
  • Extended Events: For events longer than four hours, or if alcohol is served, you may need additional units to accommodate increased usage.
  • Large Gatherings: For very large events, such as festivals or concerts, more frequent maintenance might also be necessary to ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event duration.

Here are some specific scenarios to consider:

  • Events with up to 50 guests: 1 porta potty
  • Events with 100 guests: 2 porta potties
  • Events with 250 guests: 5 porta potties
  • Adjust for Alcohol: Increase the number of units by 20% if alcohol is being served, as it tends to increase restroom usage.

We also recommend having at least one wheelchair-accessible unit and considering a slightly higher number of facilities than the minimum guideline suggests, to ensure guest comfort.

We offer a variety of restroom trailers to suit any event size and style. From luxury trailers with multiple stalls, climate control, and high-end finishes to more basic options suited for smaller gatherings or construction sites, we have the perfect solution for your needs. Our trailers provide enhanced comfort and privacy, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

We recommend booking your restroom trailer as early as possible, especially if your event is scheduled during peak seasons such as summer or around major holidays. A minimum of two to three months in advance is advisable to ensure the availability of the trailer that best suits your needs and to avoid any last-minute stress.

Everything’s included: we deliver, set up, and stock your trailer, then pick it up when you’re done. Your trailer arrives spotless and fully stocked with supplies.

Your trailer needs a flat spot to park and hookups for power and water. If you don’t have water and power hookups available, we can bring generators and water tanks.

We’ll walk you through all of these details when you book to make sure everything runs smoothly.

It depends on how many guests you expect and how long your event is going to be. Here’s what each trailer can handle during a roughly 5-hour event:

  • 1-Stall ADA: 100 people
  • 2-Stall: 180 people
  • 3-Stall (ADA): 250 people
  • 4-Stall: 360 people
  • 8-Stall: 600 people
  • 10-Stall: 750 people
