Position Overview
Our Operations Technicians are self-starters, hard-working, and positive with high character. This role is an essential part of our team, focusing on the preparation, delivery, servicing, and setup of trailers, while ensuring a remarkable customer experience. As a new team member, you’ll be immersed in a supportive environment that values your contribution and growth.

Hours
- Typically 8AM-4PM
- Some weekend work included
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report to Shop Manager
- Navigate and drive to locations for rentals
- Clean and restock the inside and outside of restroom and shower trailers
- Make repairs to trucks and trailers
- Interact positively with customers to coordinate and fulfill rentals
- Maintain cleanliness of shop
- Willing to travel approximately 10 days a month, which may include overnight trips
- Committed to excellence and improving constantly
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to drive and back up large trucks (including a manual) with large trailers attached
- Ability to safely work on, and scale, flatbed truck beds
- Ability to think and problem solve quickly with the tools you have available
- Ability to navigate using Google Maps and make business calls on your phone
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Ability to obtain CDL: you must have one or less tickets in the previous three years and have no history of drug or alcohol abuse
- Must flexible schedule and enjoy driving and frequently traveling to new locations nationwide
Training and Development
From day one, you’ll embark on a comprehensive on-the-job training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role. Over the first three weeks, you’ll receive hands-on training in:
- Safe trailer handling and transportation.
- Effective customer interaction and service techniques.
- Maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of assets.
This structured training ensures you are fully prepared to take on your responsibilities and contribute effectively to our team.
